The removal of the highway overhanging limb will address encroachment over the road and help maintain appropriate clearance and safety for highway users. The reduction of the two limbs adjacent to the building will establish suitable separation between the branches and the structure, minimising the potential for branch contact, rubbing and potential damage to the building.
